So here I am making a delicious squash and then mojito from it. The earlier recipe we made Jambu Squash with raw sugar and raw jambus. But in this homemade recipe cooked sugar and jambu is taken to store it for a long time. So, let's make mouthwatering Jambu Mojito from this squash.

Summer Special Raw Mango Mojito

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: As we all know raw mangos Protects us From Intense Heat And Dehydration. It helps us stopping excessive loss of sodium chloride and iron from the body. In fact, it can cure stomach troubles also. It is good for heart and energy booster also. So, we are going to make a super delicious child drink from this super fruit. Early we made aam panna and raw mango squash. But this time it's time to make Raw Mango Mojito. In earlier recipes, we used boiled mango, but this time it's time for raw mango crush. Caramelized Coffee

After so many super delicious recipes of cold coffee with ice cream, caramelized cold coffee with ice cream, espresso coffee, filter coffee and coffee banana shake now it's time to make hot caramelized coffee. Actually, the taste of caramelized sugar is different. I just love it. It will give toffee like feeling. Normally coffee is made with full-fat milk, but I tried to make it with low-fat milk and it gave me the same awesome taste.

Maha Shivatri Special - Farali Aloo Tikki

As we all know Maha Shivratri is the night of worship Lord Shiva. It occurs on the 14th night of the new moon during the dark half of phalgun month. We Hindus offers special prayer to the lord of destruction. It is said that lord shiv performed Tandava nritya on that day. It is a festival of one day and one night only. On this occasion we eats farali recipes only. And my family - specially my son wants something different on every fast. So I tried to make farali Aloo Tikki. In Earlier recipe we made normal aloo Tikki. With the same Method I tried to make it farali, with little twist in filling and binding material. So enjoy cooking of Farali Aloo Tikki.
