Summer Special Raw Mango Mojito

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: As we all know raw mangos Protects us From Intense Heat And Dehydration. It helps us stopping excessive loss of sodium chloride and iron from the body. In fact, it can cure stomach troubles also. It is good for heart and energy booster also. So, we are going to make a super delicious child drink from this super fruit. Early we made aam panna and raw mango squash. But this time it's time to make Raw Mango Mojito. In earlier recipes, we used boiled mango, but this time it's time for raw mango crush. And it tastes best when you feel very small chunks of mango in this drink. So, let's enjoy this super delicious mojito this summer.




Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Makes 4 glasses

Ingredients to make Summer Special Raw Mango Mojito:

250 grams raw mango
(I took raw totapuri mango)
150 to 200 grams sugar
2 lemons
8 to 10 mint leaves
Lots of ice
1 bottle soda (around 750 ml.)


Method to make Summer Special Raw Mango Mojito:

  • Wash and peel and chop the mango. 
  • In a saucepan add sugar and 1/2 cup water. Suger proportion can different as per sourness of the mango. Cook until sugar dissolves. 
  • In a mixer jar add chopped mango and sugar syrup and churn.
  •  Make a smooth paste.
  • Strain if needed.
  • At last, add lemon juice to it and mix well.
  • In a serving glass pour 2 to 3 tablespoon of mango pulp, 5 to 6 ice cubes, some roughly chopped mint leaves and 1 to 2 wages of lemon.
  • Give a quick stir. 
  • At last at the time of serving pour chilled soda over it and again give a quick stir.
  • Our super delicious summer refresher Summer Special Raw Mango Mojito is ready to serve.
