Homemade Strawberry Yogurt recipe

And believe me, it's very easy and quick to make this dessert. Even it can be used as any time dessert also. Only thing is you need some setting and cooling time for the perfect result. So let's have some cool Strawberry Yogurt this summer.

Ingredients to make Homemade Strawberry Yogurt:
For homemade strawberry crush:
15 to 20 fresh ripe strawberries
2 to 3 tablespoon sugar
For yogurt:
500 ml curd
2 to 3 tablespoon strawberry crush
1 teaspoon powder sugar if needed
1 to 2 tablespoon fresh cream
For garnishing:
Strawberries (opt.)

Method to make Homemade Strawberry Yogurt:
- Hang curd for minimum 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
For Homemade Strawberry Crush:
- Roughly churn strawberries with sugar.
- Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes at medium flame.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator.
How to assemble Homemade Strawberry Yogurt:
- In a mixing bowl add strawberry crush and hung curd, mix well.
- Add sugar if needed.
- Now add fresh cream and again mix well. At this time you can add freshly chopped strawberries also. Cool in refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes.
