But now it's time to make Farali Nachos. Really very delicious and crunchy snack for fasts. So, let's make this homemade recipe today.

Ingredients to make Farali Nachos:
For nachos:
1 cup rajigra flour
2 tablespoon oil
Fasting salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon chilli flacks
Oli to fry
For salsa:
2 teaspoon oil
4 to 5 tomatoes finely chopped
1 teaspoon green chilli paste
Fasting salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli flacks
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 capsicum - burnt
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon ara lot- arrowroot (fasting binder)
1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
For Cheese sauce:
2 cubes grated cheese
1/4 cup milk
Fasting salt to taste
1 teaspoon ara lot - arrowroot(fasting binder)
1/4 teaspoon chilli flacks
Method to make Farali Nachos:
Nachos:
- Mix all ingredients of nachos in a bowl and knead semi-soft dough from it. Keep aside for 5 minutes covered.
- Make equal balls from dough and roll semi-thick roties from it. Cut in triangular shape and prick. Same as normal nachos.
- Now fry them at medium flame until crisp.
- Store in air tight container.
For salsa sauce:
- Heat oil in a pan and add green chilli paste to it. Now add tomatoes and cook well.
- Add dry ingredients to it and after that add ara lot slurry and ketchup to it.
- Cook well.
For cheese sauce:
- In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients of cheese sauce and cook until thick.
How to serve:
- Serve crispy nacho chips with salsa and cheese sauce.
- Yummy homemade Farali Nachos are ready to serve.
