Meet the King of Summer Drinks: The Iconic Mango Mastani 👑🥭

Hello foodies!  Welcome to Naiya's kitchen! ! 👩🏻‍🍳😊

If summer had an official crowning glory, it wouldn't just be the mango—it would be the Mango Mastani. Originating from the bustling streets of Pune, this isn’t your average mango milkshake; it is a glorious, decadent dessert masquerading as a drink. Imagine a velvety, thick mango puree topped with a mountain of rich vanilla ice cream, a shower of crunchy nuts, and bright tutti-frutti. It’s thick enough to need a spoon, refreshing enough to beat the fiercest heat, and so utterly indulgent that one sip feels like a celebration. Today, I’m breaking down how to recreate this iconic street-food masterpiece right in your own kitchen.

Warning: Proceed with caution, because once you try a Mango Mastani, regular mango smoothies will just feel like a letdown.
If you’ve never heard of this legendary drink from Pune, let me introduce you to your new summer obsession. Named after the beautiful Queen Mastani, this drink is pure royalty in a glass. It’s basically a mango shake that went to culinary school and graduated with honors—layered with luscious mango pulp, ice cream, whipped cream, and a handful of nuts. It is thick, unashamedly rich, and the absolute best way to use up those ripe, juicy mangoes sitting on your counter. Let's get blending!

Mango, king of fruits. And this king's season is at a peak. earlier we had so many recipes from this lovely fruit like mango rasmalai, mango lassi, mango delight, mango smoothie, etc. Now it's time to enjoy flavorful Mango Mastani. Actually, it's stomach filler, so we can use it during fast or at the time when we skip a meal. Enjoy sipping😋😊
