Veg. Grill Peri Peri Sandwich Recipe

Grill Peri Peri Sandwich. As the name indicates it's a vegetable sandwich with the spicy taste of peri peri masala. Means it's a great combination of taste and health. In this homemade recipe, we are using homemade peri peri masala with mayonnaise and hung curd. So let's make super delicious Veg. Grill Peri Peri Sandwich.

Preparation time - 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes
Makes 2 sandwiches

Ingredients to make Veg. Grill Peri Peri Sandwich: 

For sandwich:

4 slices bread 
Butter to spread
2 to 3 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon chopped capsicum/ bell peppers
2 tablespoon boiled sweet corn
1/4 cup paneer cubes
Process cheese as per taste
(You can add or omit your choice of vegetables.)

For Prei Peri Masala:

1 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon powder sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder
2 to 3 teaspoon chili flacks
 2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon oregano
2 to 3 teaspoon red chili powder

(you can adjust spices amount to suit your taste.)

For peri peri mayonnaise:

2 to 3 tablespoons plane eggless mayonnaise
1/4 cup hung curd
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon peri peri masala

Method to make Veg. Grill Peri Peri Sandwich:

For masala:

  • Mix all ingredients in a small jar and shake.

For peri peri mayonnaise:

  • In a mixing bowl mix hung curd and mayonnaise properly.
  • Add above peri peri masala and mix well.

How to assemble:

  • Spread some butter on the inner side of bread and then apply peri peri mayonnaise over it.
  • Place all vegetables and paneer over one slice of bread. Spread some grated cheese over it.
  • Sprinkle some peri peri masala over it and at last cover with another bread.
  • Apply some butter over outer sides of bread. Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Grill them.
  • Cut and serve super delicious spicy Veg. Grill Peri Peri Sandwich.
