Instant Mango Rasmalai Recipe

Early we made instant bread rasmalai but now it's time to make instant mango rasmalai from bread. And believe me, you will love the taste of this dessert. As we are using bread cooking time will be nil. So let's start.

Ingredients to make Instant Mango Rasmalai:
12 slices bread round cut
5oo ml. milk (I used skim milk)
2 ripe mangoes (Kesar/Alfonso)
2 to 3 tablespoon sugar
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
For garnishing:
Sliced almonds
Sliced Pistachio
Method to make Instant Mango Rasmalai:
- First of all, remove the skin of mangoes and chop them.
- Put half of the chopped mangoes in the refrigerator.
- Take another half mangoes, milk, ice cream and sugar in a mixer jar, and churn properly. Strain if needed. Keep in refrigerator.
- In a serving bowl place a round slice and pour some mango shake over it.
- Spread some chopped mangoes over nit and again place another bread slice.
- Once again pour some more mango shake and cool. Repeat the same for remaining.
- At the time of serving again top with some mango shake and then garnish with chopped mangoes, almonds and pistachio.
- Cool and delicious Instant Mango Rasmalai is ready to serve.
