Mango is a king of all fruits. Earlier we made many recipes from mango and this time one more creamy cool recipe from Mango. They are Mango Mastani, Instant Mango Rasmalai, and Mango Lassi, etc. And now it's time to make super delicious Mango Custard. A mild mango flavor custard with lots of fruits. Enjoy cooking!!😊

Mango Custard

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes
Chilling time - 2 to 3 hours
Serves 2 person

Ingredients to make Mango Custard:

500 ml. milk
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon vanilla custard powder
1 to 2  tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 to 2 cup finely chopped fresh fruits
(mango, apple, banana, sapota, kiwi, pineapple, grapes , pomegranate etc.) 
You can choose as per choice 
1/2 cup mango pulp
(Kesar or Alfonso)

For Garnishing:

Sliced almond and pistachio



Method to make Mango Custard:

  • In a thick bottom pan adds milk, sugar and custard powder and cornflour .
  • Mix well. Make sure to avoid lumps.
  • Heat at slow flame until thick.
  • When ready cool at room temperature and then chill in the refrigerator.
  • When chilled add mango pulp and mix well. Chill again.
  • At the time of serving, add chopped fruits and mix.
  • Garnish chilled Mango Custard with sliced pistachio and almonds.
