Recipe by Naiya Sheth: In earlier recipe we made simply normal dabeli. But now it's time to prepare some thing new. A super delicious Dabeli Sandwich, for those who don't like thicker outer layer. Method is almost same, but in this home made recipe we can get crispy outer layer. So let's try this yummy and crispy dabeli sandwich.

Ingredients to make Dabeli Sandwich:
4 slices sandwich bread
Butter as needed
For stuffing:
3 to 4 boiled and meshed potatoes
1 tea spoon garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 table spoon pomegranate seeds
2 table spoon dabeli masalo
2 table spoon roughly crushed peanuts
1 to 2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves
2 table spoon sweet chutney or tomato ketch up
1 onion finely chopped
1 table spoon oil
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up
For garnishing:
Sev
Method to make Dabeli Sandwich:
- In a small pan heat oil and add garlic paste to it. Cook for 1 minute and add chopped onion to it.
- Cook till onion get transparent.
- Add dabeli masalo, salt and peanuts to it. Again cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add this mixture to mashed potato and mix well.
- At last add pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves to it, mix well.
How to assemble:
- At the time of serving take a bread slice, apply some butter on it and spread some sweet chutney or tomato ketch up on it. Spread half of the stuffing on it and cover with another bread.
- Make it crisp with butter on griddle - non stick tavi or in griller.
- Cut and garnish with sev.
- Hot and crispy Dabeli Sandwich is ready to serve.
- Serve it with tomato ketch up.
