How to Make Cheese Paneer Samosa

In earlier recipes we saw the recipes of green peas samosa, cheese samosa and cottage cheese samosa. Among them cottage cheese samosa were sweet, and rest were spicy. But now it's time for spicy and cheesy cheese paneer samosa. They can be served as starter or for parties like kitty party or kids party. For better result I use fresh home made paneer. So enjoy this cheesy recipe of cheese paneer samosa. 

Preparation time - 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time - 10 minutes

Ingredients to make Cheese Paneer Samosa:

For dough:

2 cups refined flour
2 table spoon semolina
Salt to taste
2 table spoon oil
A pinch soda bi carb

For stuffing:

2 onion finely chopped
100 grams crumbled paneer
50 grams cheese
1 to 2 green chillies finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
A pinch black pepper powder
3 to 4 fresh mint leaves

Oil for frying

To serve with:

Chilli tomato sauce

Method to make Cheese Paneer Samosa:

For dough:

  • Mix all ingredients of dough and knead soft dough with sufficient water.
  • Keep a side covered.

For stuffing:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. Let them crackle. Add green chillies and then remaining ingredients of stuffing excluding grated cheese. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes only.
  • Remove from flame and let it cool at room temperature. Add cheese and mix well.

How to assemble:

  • Assemble each samosa as the method of green peas samosa.
  • When ready fry in hot oil till crisp. 
  • Drain over absorbent tissue.
  • Hot and cheesy Cheese Paneer Samosa is ready to serve, serve them with chilli tomato sauce or normal tomato ketch up.
