Kids really loves instant noodles. My son also love it. But yesterday I tried some thing different, filling and little healthy. I tried home made recipe of noodles sandwich. And above all it's very easy and quick also. I think kids also can make it themselves. Because I think they are very fond of making instant noodles themselves. My son also like to cook it, but he likes wheat noodles more. So I tried that yummy wheat instant noodles to make noodles sandwich more healthy along with wheat bread. This may be perfect menu for kids party, kids lunch box and even any time kids hunger also. So make noodles sandwich for your dear ones.

Ingredients to make Noodles Sandwich:
8 slices wheat bread
Butter as needed
2 packets of instant wheat noodles
2 table spoon tomato ketch up
1 table spoon finely chopped onion
1 table spoon boiled green peas
1 table spoon finely chopped carrot
1 table spoon finely chopped capsicum
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon oil
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up
Method to make Noodles Sandwich:
- Heat 1 tea spoon oil in a pan and add onion, capsicum, carrots and green peas to it. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.(for vegetables only.)
- Keep a side.
- In another pan take sufficient water as the instruction on the pack of instant noodles. Let it come to boiling point. Add 1 tea spoon oil and along with that add taste maker and noodles. Stir and cook well.
- When about to ready add tomato ketch up and above vegetables to it.
- Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- Let it come to room temperature.
- Take a slice of bread and spread 1/4 mixture of noodles over it. Cover with another bread slice. Apply some butter on each outer surface of bread. Repeat the same for remaining.
- Heat griller or sandwich toaster. Place 2 sandwich in it and let them crisp.
- When ready remove and cut in two parts diagonally.
- Serve hot Noodles Sandwich with tomato ketch up.
