How to Make Caramelized popcorn

In earlier recipe we learn to make chocolaty popcorn. Really they were very nice. But now it's tome for another sweet popcorn and that is caramelized popcorn. I still remember the taste of this recipe. No doubt I was missing our regular masala popcorn that time. But caramelized popcorn is very nice in taste. Basically I love the taste of caramel syrup a lot. And above all this recipe of caramelized popcorn is very easy and quick. Just make caramelize syrup and mix, that's it. So enjoy this mouthwatering caramelized popcorn this Sunday.

Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Makes - 1 cup

Ingredients to make Caramelized Popcorn:

1 cup sugar
1 cup crisp ready popcorn

Method to make Caramelized Popcorn:

  • In a non stick pan heat sugar till it melts properly. Cook till light brown in colour at slow flame. Stir continually. 
  • When ready add ready crisp popcorn to it and mix well carefully.
  • Let them cool at room temperature and then store in air tight container.
  • Sweet and delicious Caramelized Popcorn is ready to serve.
