Gujarati Style Dry Potato Bhaji: How to make Potato Sukhi Bhaji
As we all know potatoes are all time favourite/versatile vegetable. So here it's a very easy but delicious sabji from it. So, let's enjoy Gujarati taste of mouthwatering Potato Sukhi Bhaji.
Ingredients to make Potato Sukhi Bhaji
- 4 to 5 boiled potatoes
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 8 to 10 curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3 to 4 finely chopped green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
For garnishing:
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Method to make Potato Sukhi Bhaji
- Remove skin from boiled potatoes and chop them.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.
- When it crackles add green chillies and turmeric powder.
- Now time to add 2 to 4 tablespoon water to it. When it boils add all dry spices and cook for 1/2 minutes.
- Now time to add potatoes. Mix well.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
