How to make Potato Sukhi Bhaji

Recipe by Naiya Sheth:As we all know potatoes are all time favourite/versatile vegetable. So here it's a very easy but delicious sabji from it. So,let's enjoy Gujarati taste of mouthwatering Potato Sukhi Bhaji.



Preparation time - 4 to 5 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves 4 person

Ingredients to make Potato Sukhi Bhaji:

4 to 5 boiled potatoes
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
8 to 10 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 to 4 finely chopped green chillies
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar

For garnishing:

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method to make Potato Sukhi Bhaji:

  • Remove skin from boiled potatoes and chop them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.
  • When it crackles add green chillies and turmeric powder.
  • Now time to add 2 to 4 tablespoon water to it. When it boils add all dry spices and cook for 1/2 minutes.
  • Now time to add potatoes. Mix well.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • That's it Super delicious, quick n easy Potato Sukhi Bhaji is ready to serve.
