Recipe By Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make condensed milk. In earlier recipe we learn about the making of Instant Condensed Milk. But if you don't even want to use milk powder it's a home made recipe for sweetened condensed milk, but it will take a long time and lots of gas burning. No doubt it's a lengthy process but it can satisfy us to take pure and home made condensed milk.

Ingredients to make Condensed milk:
2 cup full fat milk
1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
2 to 3 drops vanilla essence (opt.)
Method to make Condensed milk:
- Mix all ingredients in a thick bottom sauce pan. Mix properly.
- Cook them at very slowly. Stir continually.
- Cook till the half quantity or the thickness you want.
- Add vanilla essence if needed.
- When ready churn with hand blander, churn it when hot.
- So, home made condensed milk is ready to use.
- Let it cool at room temperature and store in air tight jar. It can be stored for 4 to 5 days in refrigerator.
