Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Dosa Taka Tak. In earlier recipe we learn about the making of Idli Taka Tak. But now here it's a home made recipe for Dosa Taka Tak. In this recipe we will know how same simple sada dosa can be interested. Just a small twist and a mouth watering recipe is ready to serve. It can be served as starter if it in with mini size. Even it can be served as snacks also. I just made it as single menu dinner or for lunch on Sundays. It really gives a very nice combination with coconut chutney.
Preparation time - 15 to 20 minutes
Cooking time - 25 to 30 minutes
Serves - 4 person
1 1/2 cup potato stuffing
2 big onions
2 big tomatoes
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon chaat masalo
4 table spoon butter
Oil / butter as needed
Garlic chutney as needed
Salt to taste

Ingredients to make Dosa Taka Tak:
Dosa better as needed1 1/2 cup potato stuffing

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method to make Dosa Taka Tak:
- Make better as sada dosa. Keep a side.
- Make potato stuffing as mysore masala dosa.
- Finely chop onions and tomatoes.
- On a non stick tavi - griddle spread a spoon full of better. Spread some butter or oil around. Now apply some garlic chutney over it and spead some potato stuffing over it. Now sprinkle some onion and tomato over it.
- After that sprinkle some red chilli powder, chaat masalo. Mash it slowly and then sprinkle some coriander leaves and grated cheese over it.
- Fold the dosa and cut in desired size and shape. Garnish with cheese and coriander.
- Serve hot and tempting Dosa Taka Tak with coconut chutney and tomato ketch up.
