Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Learn how to make Whole Wheat Roti Wraps. In earlier recipe we learn about the making of Paneer salsa wrap and roti wraps. But now in this home made recipe we are making a very healthy and delicious whole wheat roti wraps. It is very easy and healthy. even it can be used for kids lunch box also. I think it's an ideal way to give vegetables to kids. It can be served as any time snacks and starter also. Left over roties can be best option if in hurry.

Ingredients to make Whole Wheat roti Wraps:
8 roties
1 table spoon oil
1 big onion slice cut
1 big capsicum sliced
1 carrot grated
1/2 tea spoon ginger paste
1/2 tea spoon garlic paste
1 cup thin sliced cabbage
1 tea spoon soya sauce
1 1/2 tea spoon red chilli sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
1/4 cup grated cheese (opt.)
1 table spoon tomato ketch up
butter as needed
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up
Method to make Whole Wheat Roti Wraps:
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion to it. Cook for 2 minutes, now add cabbage and capsicum to it.
- Again cook for 2 minutes and at last add grated carrot to it.
- Add sauces and spices to it. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Slightly heat roties on tavi - griddle.
- Spread some of above material over it and spread cheese over it. Make roll from it.
- Heat griller toaster and apply some butter in it. Now grill ready rolls for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Hot and yummy Whole Wheat Roti Wraps are ready to serve, serve it with tomato ketch up.
