Aha! chocolate, as we heard/read the word chocolate we start drooling. Basically chocolate is made from roasted and ground cacao seed kernels that is available as a liquid, solid, or paste, either on its own or as a flavoring agent in other foods. In simple word chocolate is a food product made from cocoa beans & consumed as candy. It is used to make beverages and to flavor or coat various confections and bakery products. It is rich in carbohydrates, it is an excellent source of quick energy, and also contains minute amounts of the stimulating alkaloids theobromine and caffeine. Mainly there are three types of chocolates available in the market, they are dark, milk & white chocolate. They comes from the seeds, or nibs, of the cacao tree. They are roasted and ground to produce a paste called chocolate liquor. 
It is said that chocolate contain high levels of antioxidants. Some studies have suggested chocolate could lower cholesterol levels and prevent memory decline. Chocolate contains a large number of calories. Dark chocolate increases heart health. The antioxidants in dark chocolate have been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of clotting and increase blood circulation to the heart, thus lowering the risks of stroke, coronary heart disease and death from heart disease.
In this recipe of Chocolate Bar, I tried to use healthier ingredients like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, oats and last but not the least rice puffs along with chocolate & coffee. As we all know walnuts are rich in antioxidants. It reduces the risk of some cancers & helps to manage type 2 diabetes, blood pressure & weight. On the other hand almonds are full of nutrients, fiber, vitamin E, Magnesium, Manganese etc. Here oats are whole grain food. They are full of copper, iron, zinc, vitamin B1, B5 etc. Rice puffs in this recipe of chocolate bar are packed with fiber. It Promotes Digestion, boosts Immunity, regulates Blood Pressure, strengthens Bone & enhances the Skin.
In short this recipe of chocolate bar is yummy & delicious with chocolaty taste with hidden taste of rich coffee and packed with lots of nutrition. Cooking time 2 minutes

Ingredients to make Chocolate Bar: 

250 grams dark chocolate compound

250 gram milk chocolate compound

2 teaspoon instant coffee powder

A pinch salt

1 ½ to 2 cups rice puffs

3 tablespoon chopped almonds 

3 tablespoon chopped walnuts

¼ cup oats

Method to make Chocolate Bar: 

In a microwave safe glass bowl dry roast rice puffs. Make sure to cook at regular interval and stir occasionally. 

Same way dry roast roughly chopped almonds & walnuts. 

Slightly roast oats. 

Keep them aside and let them cool at room temperature. 

Again in microwave safe glass bowl add chopped dark and milk chocolate. Melt them in microwave with the regular interval of 30 seconds. Stir after every cooking time. It may take hardly 1 ½ to 2 minutes. (Timing may depend upon the temperature of chocolate). 

Mix well and add salt and instant coffee powder to it. 

Now it’s time to add rice puffs, oats, almonds & walnuts to it. Mix well. (Add rice puffs occasionally, as the quantity of rice puff varies upon the size & shape of it). 

Spread the mixture in a flat tray. You even do not need to grease the tray. 

Let it set, at the middle of the setting make impression to cut it. 

Place it in refrigerator for further setting.

When the bar is set properly cut them & store in airtight container. 

Yummy and healthy Chocolate bar is ready to serve. 

Tips: 

You can add or omit the quantity of rice puffs, almonds, walnuts, oats etc. as per choice. 
You can change the proportion of dark chocolate compound & milk chocolate compound as per taste. 
Melting time of chocolate can differ as per the temperature of chocolate. 
In case, you do not have microwave you can pan roast all nuts, oats & rice puffs. 
In case you do not want to use microwave you can melt chocolates with double boiler method. 
It can be stored for about a month in refrigerator.
