Bhel Puri recipe
Basically, bhel puri is yummy, delicious and exotic flavored Indian street food recipe. It's a popular street food. This is a tangy and spicy popular street food. Some how it can be served as a low calorie and light snack. It can be served as a light dinner during summer. It is served by mixing puffed rice and besan (gram flour) vermicelli known as sev and special crispy puri known as sev. It is made tangy and spicy by adding three different types of chutneys like sweet tamarind chutney, spicy coriander chutney & garlic chutney. It is made healthier by adding colorful vegetables like onion, capsicum, tomato, pomegranate etc. It comes in the catagory of chaat.

Serves - 4 persons
Ingredients to make Bhel puri:
2 cup puffed rice - mamra1 cup bhel ni sev
10 - 15 papdi
2 boiled potatoes
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 beat finely chopped
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
2 tablespoon soaked peanut
5 - 6 tablespoon sweet chutney
2 - 3 tablespoon green chutney
1 - 2 teaspoon fresh garlic chutney
Coriander
Pomegranate
Crushed papdi
Grated beat
Method to make Bhel puri:
- Mix all the ingredients of bhel in a bowl. Add all three chutnies and mix well.
- Garnish with nylon sev, coriander leaves, pomegranate, crushed papdi, and grated beat.
- Serve tangy Bhel immediately after mixing.
