This mouthwatering biting size balls can be served as starter, farsan or as any time snack during monsoon. A good option for kids parties also. And the best thing in this homemade recipe is it very quick and easy to make. If balls are ready only need to fry at the time of serving. So let's cook Instant Pizza Balls today.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time 5 to 7 minutes
Makes 10 balls

Ingredients to make Instant Pizza Balls:

For the outer layer:

4 to 5 slices of bread
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon curd
1 tablespoon pizza seasoning
water as required

For stuffing:

1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 teaspoon finely chopped capsicum
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped paneer
1 /2 teaspoon boiled sweet corn
1 tablespoon pizza cheese
Chopped olives

For coating:

1 tablespoon refined flour
1 tablespoon white corn flour
1/2 teaspoon chili flacks
dry bread crumbs as needed

Oil for frying

For dip:

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon eggless mayonnaise

Method to make Instant Pizza Balls:

  • Roughly tear bread slices in a bowl.

  • Make powder in mixer jar or chopper. I made it in chopper.

  • Transfer it to a big bowl and add pizza seasoning and curd to it.

  • Mix well and add water to knead the semi-soft dough.
  • It will require hardly 1 to 2 teaspoons of water, so be careful.

  • Rest aside covered for 10 minutes.

For stuffing:

  • Mix all ingredients of stuffing in a bowl. Make sure stuffing not loose.

For coating:

  • In a small bowl mix refined flour, corn flour and chili flacks.
  • Add water to make semi thick slurry.

For dip:

  • Mix all ingredients of dip.

How to assemble:

  • Knead the dough again.
  • Make equal size balls from the dough.
  • Take one ball and with the help of your finger make it flat.
  • gently fill the stuffing at the center and seal it. Make a round shape again.
  • Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Dip one ball in above slurry and instantly roll it in dry bread crumbs. Repeat the same for remaining.
  • Again do the same process for all the balls.
  • Dip fry them in hot oil at medium flame.
  • Hot and delicious Instant Pizza Balls are ready to serve.
  • Enjoy them with mayo dip.

Tips:

  • To make it healthier whole wheat or multi-grain bread can be used.
  • And instead of frying appe pan can be used. In the case of using the appe pan, the coating should be avoided.
