But here it's a home made non - fried recipe. It is made in microwave, means a easy and healthy dish with less efforts and time. So enjoy this recipe and have a healthy and tasty munching.

Ingredients to make Masala Peanuts:
1/2 cup salted skinless peanuts
1/2 cup bengal gram flour - besan
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon fennel - saunf
1 tea spoon black salt
1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder
2 to 3 table spoon water
1 tale spoon oil
Method to make Masala Peanuts:
- Roast slated peanuts in microwave proof plate for 1 minute at MICRO HI.
- Let it cool at room temperature and remove skin.
- In a big bowl mix all the ingredients including peanuts and mix well. Spread them over a microwave proof plate.
- Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 minute at MICRO HI.
- Let it cool at room temperature.
- Transfer masala peanuts in air tight container.
