Basmati rice

Boiled green peas

Finely chopped French beans

100 grams
Finely chopped cauliflower

100 grams
Finely chopped onion

Finely chopped carrot

Finely chopped boiled potato

Curd
:
1 cup
Crushed ginger
:
1 table spoon
Crushed green chillies
:
2 table spoons
Chopped coriander
:
3 table spoon
Tomato sauce
:
1 table spoon
Ghee or butter
:
4 – 5 table spoon
Chopped cashew, almond and raisins
:
As needed
Salt to test

Method to make Vegetable Biriyani:

  1. Boil rice keep a side.
  2. Boil vegetables keep a side.
  3. Heat ghee or butter in a pen and shallow fry all the vegetables in it. Now add spices, mix well.
  4. Add boiled basmati rice, mix very softly.
  5. Garnish Vegetable Biriyani with chopped coriander and fried cashews, almonds and raisins. Serve hot with plane curd.
