Method to make Vegetable Biriyani:
- Boil rice keep a side.
 - Boil vegetables keep a side.
 - Heat ghee or butter in a pen and shallow fry all the vegetables in it. Now add spices, mix well.
 - Add boiled basmati rice, mix very softly.
 - Garnish Vegetable Biriyani with chopped coriander and fried cashews, almonds and raisins. Serve hot with plane curd.
