Spring Rolls

Learn, how to make spicy,home made Chinese Spring Rolls Recipe

Spring roll is very famous Chinese food recipe. Which is easy to make, and are very testy also. It contains lots of vegetables so good for health also. 

Serves - 6
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Preparation time - 15 minutes

Ingredients to make Spring Rolls:

For stuffing:

Cabbage – Finely chopped
:
500 grams
Carrots - Finely chopped
:
500 grams
Spring onion - Finely chopped
:
2 bunches
Capsicum - Finely chopped
:
3
Big onion - Finely chopped
:
2
French beans - Finely chopped
:
100 gram
Aaji no motto
:
¼ table spoon
Soya sauce
:
½ table spoon
Chilli sauce
:
½ table spoon
Vinegar
:
½ table spoon
Salt to test


Black pepper powder
:
¼ tea spoon
Oil
:
½ table spoon



For outer layer:





Self rising flour
:
500 grams
Salt to test


Oil
:
2 table spoons
Oil – for deep frying spring rols





For serving:





Red chilly sauce



Method to make Spring Rolls:
  1. Make a smooth beter from flour and make medium size pancakes from them. Keep a side.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the vegetables at fast flame on fire. Add aaji no motto, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  3. Now add chilly sauce, soya sauce and vinegar in it and keep on flame till water disappear. Let it cool at room temperature.
  4. Make a smooth pest from flour.
  5. Take a pancake , feel stuffing in it and seal with flour pest. Repeat for the rest.
  6. Fry spring rolls in hot oil.
  7. Spring rolls are ready to serve. Serve it with red chilly sauce.
