How to Make Potato Chips

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn How to make crispy, testy home made potato chips. As we all know potato chips are loved by every one. so here it's a recipe of home made crunchy potato chips. Hope you will enjoy it this vacation.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 100 minutes
Ingredients to make Potato Chips:

1 kg
Salt to test

Oil for deep frying

Black pepper powder to sprinkle

Method to make Potato Chips:
  1. Wash and peel all the potatoes.
  2. Make thin slices from all the potatoes and wash them in clean water 2 - 3 times.
  3. Make water to boil and add some salt in it,add a small portion of sliced potatoes and let it boil for about 1 minute.
  4. Strain them and let it dry for a moment on kitchen towel. Repeat the same for the rest.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry some quantity of chips at very slow flame. Repeat for the rest. Sprinkle black pepper powder on them.
  6. Crunchy potato chips are ready to eat. 
* If you want to enjoy lemon flavor you may add lemon juice in boiling water.
