Preparation time - 10 minutes
Ingredients to make Potato Chips:
Salt to test
Oil for deep frying
Black pepper powder to sprinkle
Method to make Potato Chips:
- Wash and peel all the potatoes.
- Make thin slices from all the potatoes and wash them in clean water 2 - 3 times.
- Make water to boil and add some salt in it,add a small portion of sliced potatoes and let it boil for about 1 minute.
- Strain them and let it dry for a moment on kitchen towel. Repeat the same for the rest.
- Heat oil and deep fry some quantity of chips at very slow flame. Repeat for the rest. Sprinkle black pepper powder on them.
- Crunchy potato chips are ready to eat.
* If you want to enjoy lemon flavor you may add lemon juice in boiling water.
