Ingredients to make Noodles Bhel:
2 cups broken noodles
1 cup masala Bundi
1 cup fried masala chana dal
1 cup sev
1 cup papdi puri
2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoon finely chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum
2 tablespoon boiled sweet corn
2 tablespoon grated beetroot
1 tablespoon noodles masala
2 tablespoon masala peanuts
Tomato ketchup as per taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method to make Noodles Bhel:
- Break and roast noodles until it turns light brown in colour. Either you can roast in pan or you can roast in microwave. Don't need oil for roasting.
- In a mixing tray add roasted noodles, sev, masala Bundi, fried masala chana dal, sev and papdi puri. Break papdi puri. Mix well and store it in air tight container.
For assembling:
- For making noodles Bhel, take one cup mixed noodles in a mixing bowl. Add all vegetables and masala peanuts to it. Mix well. You can add or omit your choice of vegetables. Add noodles masala to it. Mix well.
- At last add tomato ketchup to it and mix properly.
- Finally garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
- You can add some mayonnaise/cheese for Creamy taste.
- Repeat the same process for remaining serving any time. Even you can try dry mixture anytime.
