Recipe by Naiya Sheth: One more fusion recipe with fewer efforts and more stomach filling. Earlier we made tacos and tacos with chips but now its time to make taco sandwich. This time tried to make it different, means no need to make taco shells.

Ingredients to make Taco Sandwich:
4 slices sandwich bread
Butter as needed
3 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 tablespoon grated carrot
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon capsicum finely chopped
1 tablespoon boiled sweet corn
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon finely chopped green chili
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 tablespoon salsa sauce
1 tablespoon oil
Sev as needed
Tomato ketchup as needed
Method to make Taco Sandwich:
- Heat oil and add onion, capsicum and carrot to it. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Now it's time for seasoning. Mix well and add mashed potatoes.
- Again mix well and add coriander and 1 tablespoon salsa sauce to it.
- Our stuffing is ready, keep aside.
- Cut sandwich bread in round shape with the help of cutter or bowl. Apply some butter on it.
- Spread some salsa sauce over it as per taste. Spread stuffing and cover with another bread. Make another sandwich with the same process.
- Apply some butter and sry until crisp on nonstick Tavi/griddle.
- Cut from middle and spread some tomato ketchup on the round surface.
- Sprinkle some sev and coriander, that's it our super delicious Taco Sandwich is ready to serve.
