Yes, you are right we are going to make in the microwave. And the best part is I made it from whole wheat flour, low cal butter and low-fat milk. But the result is superb. Ingredients to make Eggless Creamy Cookie Cake in less than 10 minutes:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup powder sugar
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon coffee powder
A pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda bu carb
8 to 10 creamy chocolate cookies
(I used oreo)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method to make Eggless Creamy Cookie Cake in less than 10 minutes:
- Sift wheat flour, cocoa powder, coffee powder and soda 3 to 4 times.
- In another vessel mix crushed sugar and 1 cup milk. Now add melted butter and mix well. Now it's time to add all dry ingredients. Mix well with the hand whisker. Add roughly broken cookies to it.
- Grease a microwave proof bowl and pour mixture in it. Bake it for 6 1/2 to 7 minutes in the microwave at high temperature. Remove from microwave and let it be cool at room temperature.
- When cool properly cut horizontally and soak with sugar syrup. For more creamy taste I place chocolate truffle and broken cookies in between two layers of cake.
- Simply garnish with whipped cream and cookies.
