Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Again time for another quick,easy and delicious wrap recipe. I think it's an everyday question for mothers and housewives about their kid lunch box or anytime snack. I think I have a smart solution for this problem. Let's make some salsa wraps at home. Actually, it's a very delicious and quick homemade recipe, to which we can make easily. And if salsa sauce and tortillas are ready it may be easier. To make it healthier I tried to add more n more vegetables. So let's try this homemade recipe of Salsa Wraps today.

Ingredients to make Salsa Wraps:
For tortillas:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
For topping:
1 small onion finely chopped
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
2 tablespoon finely chopped capsicum
2 tablespoon finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup grated cabbage
2 to 3 cubes grated cheese
3 to 4 tablespoon salsa sauce
butter or oil as needed
To serve with:
Sprout salad
Method to make Salsa Wraps:
Tortillas:
- Knead soft dough from above material. Keep aside covered for 5 to 7 minutes and then again knead properly.
- Now make 4 equal tortillas from it.
- Let them cool at room temperature and then store in an airtight container.
How to assemble:
- Place a tortilla at a flat place and apply some salsa sauce over it.
- Cover with onion, capsicum, boiled sweet corn, tomato and cabbage.
- At last time for grated cheese.
- Now roll it properly and shallow fry till crisp on non-stick tavi - griddle with some oil or butter.
- Cut and serve hot and delicious Salsa Wraps.
- Today I made it for my kid's lunch box and I packed it with yummy sprout salad.
- (I added mung sprout, pomegranate seeds and cucumber. It was mildly spiced by salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice.)
