Ingredients to make Ice Cream Pastry:
12 to 15 sweet cookies
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon coffee powder
1 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 scoops chocolate chips ice cream

Method to make Ice Cream Pastry:
- Add coffee powder and drinking chocolate powder in warm water and mix well.
- Dip sweet cookie in above mixture and place it in square or rectangular container repeat the same to cover the base. Make 2 layers like this.
- Set it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Now make about 2 to 2 1/2" layer of chocolate chips ice cream on it. And set for minimum 1 hour in the freezer.
- Repeat the same for vanilla ice cream and again set for 3 to 4 hours in the freezer.
- At the time of serving cut it in rectangular shape and garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.
- Very delicious Ice cream pastry is ready to serve.
