How to make Brownie Ice Cream

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: In earlier recipes we made lots of chocolate flavour deserts. And in that we made brownies and of course brownie with ice cream also. But now it's time for combination of both. That's true we are going to make a great combination of brownie and ice cream together. And you won't believe it's very quick and easy also. Only two ingredients you need is vanilla ice cream and crumbled brownie. That's it. Even left over brownie may also be used. So let's try this super delicious and mouth watering recipe of brownie ice cream at home as desert.

Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - nil
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients to make Brownie Ice Cream:

1 packet vanilla ice cream

1 cup crumbled brownie

For garnishing:

Chocolate chips

Chocolate sauce

For chocolate cups(opt.):

250 grams dark cooking chocolate

Methhod to make Brownie Ice Cream:

• Only one thing todo is that mix slightly melted vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips(opt.) and crubled chocolate brownie properly and cool it in freezer till set. 
• To make chocolate cups melt dark chocolate and brush it in silicon molds, set in refrigerator till hard. Remove carefully and your cup is ready to serve with ice cream.
• For serving place one or two scoops of ice cream and garnish with chocolate sauce.
• Delicious, mouth watering Brownie Ice Cream is ready to serve.
