How to Make Quick and Easy Cheese Balls

Recipe by Naiya Sheth: During this beautiful monsoon season it happens that we need to make quick and delicious hot snack, and specially something fried. In this quick and easy delicious home made recipe we don't need more then 15 minutes. And above all it can be made from very less and available ingredients. I think it's good option for starter also. So, what are you waiting for? Get up and surprise your family with this cheese and delicious Quick and Easy Cheese Balls.





Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes
Cooking time - 5 to 7 minutes
Makes - 4 balls

Ingredients to make Quick and Easy Cheese Balls:

1 cup beaten rice flacks - poha
1/2 cube grated cheese 
salt to taste
1 tea spoon refined flour
1 table spoon finely chopped onion
1 table spoon finely chopped capsicum
1 tea spoon finely chopped green chilly
1/2 tea spoon chilly flacks
1 table spoon finely chopped coriander
4 no.of small cheese cubes for stuffing
Oil for frying

To serve with:

Chilly tomato ketch up

Method to make Quick and Easy Cheese Balls:

  • Wash and soak poha for 2 to 3 minutes. In a mixer jar add soaked poha,salt and refined flour and churn without water. (be careful while adding salt.)
  • Now add all ingredients of cheese balls to it excluding cheese cubes and oil.
  • Mix well and make equal parts from it. (add 1 to 2 spoon water if needed.)
  • Stuff cheese cubes at the middle and make proper balls from it. 
  • Dip fry cheese balls in hot oil till light brown in color at medium flame.
  • When ready remove from oil and serve hot Quick and Easy Cheese Balls with chilly tomato ketch up.
