How to Make Chocolate Lasagna

Recipe by Naiya sheth: Again festival season is here. And for this festival season, I have a great fusion chocolaty recipe here. And that is chocolate lasagna. Yes, it seems little difficult but I tried to make it easy and healthy also. As always I tried to make it from whole wheat flour and it's too good. And above all I use my all time favourite healthy chocolate brownie in this recipe( left over). So get ready to make this delicious home made desert Chocolate Lasagna today.





Preparation time - 10 to 15 minutes
Cooking time - nil
Freezing time - 30 minutes
Makes - 6 servings

Ingredients to make Chocolate Lasagna:

250 grams fresh full fat cream
2 to 3 tablespoon caster sugar
25 to 30 chocolate chip cookie
3 tablespoon coffee powder
Chocolate chips as needed


Method to make Chocolate Lasagna:

  • In a big bowl add fresh full fat cream, vanilla essence and caster sugar. Beat properly and keep in the refrigerator. (to avoid over beating place bowl in the vessel full of ice cold water. Never allow water to come in inner bowl.)
  • Dissolve coffee powder in 2 cups warm water.
  • Dip chocolate chip cookie in it and place on serving bowl directly. Repeat the same till it covers the bottom of the bowl. Make minimum three layers this way and then spread half of whipped cream over it. Sprinkle some chocolate chips over it.(opt.) Keep it in the refrigerator for minimum 10 minutes.
  • Crumble chocolate brownie with hand.
  • Now make a thick layer of crumbled brownie and spread remaining coffee liquid on it. 
  • Make even surface and then cover with remaining whipped cream. Spread some chocolate chips and again refrigerate for minimum 20 minutes.
  • Serve Chocolate Lasagna chilled.
