In the earlier recipe, we made a chocolate walnut tart. That was for chocolate lovers like me. But this is a home made recipe of Fruity Tart, to which I tried to make little low cal. I know you must be surprised but that's true. It is not possible to make tart shells with low fat, so I made filling with some very healthy ingredients like curd and fresh fruits. So, try and enjoy this mouthwatering recipe of fruity tart today.

Ingredients to Make Fruity Tart:
For tarts:
200 grams refined flour
100 grams butter
2 to 3 table spoon powder suger
Chilled water as needed
For filling:
2 cups hung curd
1 yellow kiwi - finely chopped
1 green kiwi -finely chopped
2 to 3 table spoon pomegranate seeds
1 to 2 slices pineapple
1 apple - finely chopped
(you may take fruit of your choice)
2 to 3 table spoons roasted and chopped
mix nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
3 to 4 table spoon icing sugar
3 to 4 drops vanilla essence
For garnishing:
Choice of fruit
or
Dry fruit
Method to make Fruity Tart:
Fir filling:
- Hang curd for minimum 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Add all other ingredients to it and mix well.
- Keep in refrigerator to chill.
For tart:
- In a bowl add refined flour, butter and sugar. Mix well.
- Make semi soft dough with chilled water. (add water with spoon.)
- Roll and cut as the size of tart. Fill in tart mold and bake at 180`c temp preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let it cool at room temperature.
How to assemble:
- Fill tarts with filling and garnish with fruit and dry fruits.
- Serve chilled fruity tarts as sweet or desert.
Tips:
- Instead of vanilla essence you may use choice of ready made or home made crush to add different flavor to tart.
