How to Make Mix Fruit Raita

In earlier recipes we saw many recipes of raitas. And now it's time for another raita recipe. A mix fruit raita is basically a mixture of lots of fruits and yummy creamy curd. I used hung curd for creamy effect and lots of colourful fruits. This recipe can be served as side dish with lunch or dinner. And as i used skimmed milk for curd it is good for health also. So, try this with your lunch or dinner today.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - nil

Ingredients to make Mix Fruit Raita:

2 cups curd
1 table spoon finely chopped apple
1 table spoon finely chopped tinned pineapple
1 table spoon chopped green grapes
1 table spoon chopped black grapes
1 table spoon finely chopped kiwi
2 table spoon pomegranate seeds
2 to 3 finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
2 table spoon sugar
1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder

Method to make Mix Fruit Raita:

  • Hang curd for 30 to 40 minutes. 
  • Add fruits to it. 
  • Keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  • At the time of serving add salt, cumin powder and green chillies. Mix well and serve chilled Mix Fruit Raita.
