Ingredients to make Watermelon Salad:
1 cup chopped watermelon
2 table spoon ripe mango
2 table spoon paneer
2 table spoon spoon tin pineapple
2 table spoon cucumber
2 table spoon green grapes
2 table spoon black grapes
2 table spoon pomegranate seeds
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon chaat masalo
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
For garnishing:
Fresh mint leaf
Method to make Watermelon Salad:
- Wash and cut all fruits and cucumber in small pieces.
- Keep in refrigerator in air tight container for 1 to 2 hours.
- At the time of serving add chopped roasted almonds, chopped walnuts, salt, black pepper powder and chaat masalo to it. Mix well.
- Transfer it in serving plate and garnish with fresh mint leaf at middle.
- Yummy and healthy Watermelon Salad is ready to serve.
