Ingredients to make Butter Milk:
200 grams curd
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/8 teaspoon black salt powder
For green paste:
1 cup chopped coriander
1 green chilly
1 tablespoon mint leaves
Method to make Butter Milk:
- Add all ingredients of green paste in a mixture jar and churn to smooth paste.
- In a big bowl add curd, green paste, salt, black salt and approx 800 ml. water. Add some ice cubes also and blend it properly.
- Strain if needed.
- Pour it into serving glasses and garnish with roasted cumin powder.
- Serve chilled buttermilk after lunch or dinner.
