How to Make Paneer Kulcha
In earlier recipe we learn to make Kulcha. They are very popular in Indian food recipes. But now it's time for stuffed kulcha. First I tried to make paneer kulcha. In this home made recipe I have used fresh home made paneer for better result. It is not very spicy recipe so it can be served with vegetable, curry or raita. We will prepare the dough same as normal kulcha recipe. Only stuffing is different. So enjoy the recipe of Paneer Kulcha.Preparation time - 15 to 20 minutes
Cooking time - 2- to 25 minutes
Makes - 5 to 6 kulchas
Ingredients to Make Paneer Kulcha:
1 recipe kulcha dough
For stuffing:
1 cup grated paneer
1 small onion finely chopped or grated
1 green chilli finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 table spoon coriander finely chopped
Dry rice flour for dusting
Ghee for brushing
butter to spread
Method to make Paneer Kulcha:
- Prepare dough as the recipe of kulcha.
- Add all ingredients of stuffing in a bowl and mix well.
- Make 6 equal balls from kulcha dough and stuffing.
- Roll a small kulcha from a ball and place a stuffing ball in between it. Bring together all sides at the centre and seal it.
- Again roll it carefully, take some dry flour to roll.
- Brush some ghee over kulcha and cook at medium flame on hot tavi - griddle.
- Cook till light brown sports appear on both sides of kulcha. When ready remove and brush some butter over it. At last sprinkle some grated paneer and serve hot.
- Hot and filling Paneer Kulcha is ready to serve.
