Ingredients to make Stuffed Chocolate Ball:
1 recipe chocolate brownie
Chocolate truffle sauce as needed
2 table spoon melted white chocolate
Strawberry crush as needed
Strawberry crush as needed
2 tea spoon milk
20 toothpicks
For garnishing:
Finely chopped nuts
Method to make Stuffed Chocolate Balls:
- Make about 2 cups of chocolate sauce and cool at room temperature.
- Make 1 recipe of brownie before 3 to 4 hours. Let it cool at room temperature. Crumble it by hand and keep a side.
- Add some water or diluted strawberry crush to it and make semi soft dough from it. Make equal size balls from it and keep a side.
- Melt grated white chocolate with little milk in microwave. Let it cool at room temperature.
- Take a ball on your palm and make it flat. Now place some white chocolate mixture to it and seal properly. Make a perfect ball from it.
- Place a toothpick at the middle of the ball and dip it in chocolate sauce. Place it on butter paper and sprinkle some chocolate vermicelli over it. repeat the same for remaining.
- Keep in refrigerator. For more chocolaty taste place chocolate balls in hot chocolate truffle and enjoy the taste of hot and cold stuffed chocolate balls. Other wise serve it as it is.
