Learn how to make Paneer Tikka

Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Paneer Tikka. In earlier recipe we learn to make Hariyali Paneer Tikka. Really it was different and delicious. But now it's a home made recipe for yummy and mouthwatering Paneer tikka. It is a very easy and quick recipe for starter. Even can be made in microwave as well as flame also. 


Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time 4 to 5 minutes (in microwave)
Cooking time - 8 to 10 minutes (on flame)
Serves - 4 (approx.)

Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka:

2 cups paneer cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cubes
1 cup onion cubes
4 to 5 florets cauliflowers (steamed)

For marination:

1 cup thick curd
1 tea spoon ginger paste
1 tea spoon garlic paste
2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1 tea spoon chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 table spoon corn flour
2 tea spoon oil

Method to make Paneer Tikka:

 

  • Dry roast gram flour in microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Mix all the ingredients of marination in a bowl.
  • Add paneer, onion, capsicum and cauliflower to  it. Mix well.
  • Keep a side for minimum 20 minutes.
  • Place them on a shallow microwave proof glass dish and cook for 3 to 4 minutes at MICRO HI.
  • In case you want to cook on flame arange them on non stick tavi - griddle  or arrange them in screwier and cook over flame.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala over them,
  • Hot and delicious Paneer Tikka Masala is ready to serve. 
  • For better result use fresh home made paneer.
