Recipe By Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Paneer Salsa Sandwich. In earlier recipe we learn about making of Salsa Sauce. From that now we are making paneer salsa sandwich. This home made recipe is really very delicious. In fact it is full of cheese and paneer means full of calcium. So kids will surely love it. To make it more healthy some vegetables are also added. So enjoy this yummy sandwich as heavy breakfast or as snacks also. Even it can be served as stater also. I think it's a good idea for kids party. Because if salsa sauce is ready it is very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients to make Paneer Salsa Sandwich:
For salsa layer:
1/2 cup salsa sauce
1 cup paneer
1 onion medium
For creamy layer:
2 table spoon cheese spread
2 table spoon grated cheese
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
1 tea spoon chilli flacks
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
1/4 cup capsicum
1 tea spoon oregano
Salt to taste
12 slices bread
Method to make Paneer Salsa Sandwich:
For salsa layer:
- Cut paneer and onion in medium size.
- In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients of salsa layer.
- Add salt if necessary.
For creamy layer:
- Finely cut capsicum and boil sweet corn.
- In a mixing bowl mix cheese spread, cheese, pepper powder, chilli flacks, oregano, sweet corn, capsicum and salt to taste. Be careful while adding salt. Mix well.
How to assemble:
- Remove sides of all breads.
- Take a slice of bread and spread salsa spread over it, again place another bread over it.
- Now spread creamy spread over it and at last put a bread over it. Repeat the same for remaining.
- Cut sandwiches in square or triangular shape.
- Delicious Paneer Salsa Sandwich is ready to serve.
