Ingredients to make Sesame Paneer Stick:
250 grams paneer - cottage cheese
2 table spoon refined flour
2 table spoon corn flour
2 table spoon bread crumbs
2 table spoon white sesame seeds
1 table spoon black sesame seeds
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon chaat masalo
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
Oil for frying
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up
Red chilli sauce
Method to make Sesame Paneer Stick:
- Cut fresh paneer in long slices (about 1 1/2" * 1"). Sprinkle salt, black pepper and chaat masalo over it. Mix properly.
- Keep a side for 10 minutes.
- Mix refined flour, corn flour, salt, turmeric powder, sesame seeds and bread crumbs in a bowl and add sufficient water to it to make thick better.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Roll marinated paneer stick in better and fry in hot oil at medium flame till light brown.
- When ready remove from flame and drain over absorbent tissue.
- Serve hot and yummy Sesame Paneer Sticks with tomato ketch up or red chilli sauce.
