Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Learn how to make Kiwi Smoothie. As we all know kiwi fruit is very rich in vitamin C. But as per my experience it it is very sour and that's why very difficult to use with milk shake or smoothie. But here it is a home made recipe for kiwi smoothie in which banana is added to cut the sourness and to add extra calcium.

Ingredients to make Kiwi Smoothie:
2 kiwis (I used kiwi gold-yellow kiwi)
or
2 table spoon kiwi crush
1 banana
3 glasses chilled milk
4 to 5 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 to 2 table spoon sugar (opt.)
For garnishing:
Finely chopped kiwi gold
or
Kiwi crush
Method to make Kiwi Smoothie:
- Wash and peel kiwi and banana.
- Chop them in very small pieces.
- Mix milk, ice cream, banana, kiwi or kiwi crush in a big bowl.
- Churn them till smooth paste.
- Strain and pour in a serving glass. Garnish with finely chopped kiwi or kiwi crush.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Serve Kiwi Smoothie immediately after churning.
