It is different and very easy to make.

Ingredients to make Punjabi Salad:
1/4 cup dies cut carrots
1/4 cup dies cut cabbage
1/4 cup dies cut capsicum
1/4 cup dies cut onion
1/4 cup dies cut and seedless tomato
1 cup dies cut and fried paneer-cottage cheese
For dressing:
2 tea spoon black pepper powder
2 table spoon tomato ketch up
1 table spoon olive oil
Salt to taste
For garnishing:
Greens of spring onion
Method to make Punjabi Salad:
- Mix all vegetables in a big bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients of dressing in a glass jar and shake it properly.
- Pour it over vegetables and mix well.
- Transfer the salad in to serving dish and garnish with greens of spring onion.
- Yummy, tempting Punjabi Salad is ready to serve.
