Ingredients to make Choco Floats with Rabdi:
For Rabdi:
Rabdi - 1 recipe
For Floats:
150 grams paneer-cottage cheese
3 to 4 tea spoon icing sugar
1 table spoon cocoa powder
1 table spoon drinking chocolate powder
3 to 4 drops ice cream essence
For garnishing:
Saffron
Method to make Choco Floats with Rabdi:
For Rabdi:
- Make rabdi as the direction and keep in refrigerator.
For Floats:
- Mix icing sugar in paneer and mix well. Rub with hand to make it smooth.
- Make 2 parts from it, in one part add ice cream essence and add cocoa powder and drinking chocolate powder to another part.
- Make equal size balls from each part.
- Make chocolate ball and cover it with white portion. Repeat the same for remaining. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
