Ingredients to make Nutty Chocolate Rolls:
For rolls:
4 table spoon milk powder
4 tea spoon caster sugar
2 tea spoon drinking chocolate powder
1 tea spoon cocoa powder
1/2 tea spoon coffee powder
1 tea spoon white butter
Milk as needed
For stuffing:
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
1/4 cup finely chopped pistachio
1/8 cup finely chopped walnuts
( I did it in chilly cutter.)
Method to make Nutty Chocolate Rolls:
For stuffing:
- Mix all the ingredients and keep a side.
For rolls:
- In a big bowl mix milk powder, caster sugar, butter, drinking chocolate powder and cocoa powder together. Mix well and add milk as needed to make semi soft dough. Be careful while adding milk. Add it with the help of spoon.
- On a plastic sheet roll it with rolling pin. Spread nuts over it and press slowly.
- Make a tight roll from it and keep in refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes.
- After it remove from refrigerator and cut medium thick slices from it.
- Arrange Nutty Chocolate Rolls in serving plate and sprinkle some chopped dry fruits.
