As we all know that it is said that " AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS A DOCTOR AWAY" So here it's another healthy home made recipe from apple. It is very rich and testy and of course easy to make also. As the name indicate Walnut Apple Salad contains fruit and dry fruit together. So if you are getting bored from same old salads try this.

Ingredients to make Walnut Apple Salad:
1 big apple
10 to 12 walnuts
1 red pomegranate
1 spring onion (opt.)
For salad dressing:
2 table spoon oil (olive oil)
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon mustard paste
2 tea spoon white vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 tea spoon honey
For garnishing:
Cabbage leaves
Cheese spread
Method to make Walnut Apple Dressing:
For dressing:
- In a glass jar mix all ingredients of dressing and shake it properly.
How to assemble Walnut Apple Salad:
- Chop apple and cut walnuts. Remove seeds from pomegranate.
- Finely chop greens of spring onion.
- Mix them in a big bowl and add salad dressing to it . Mix well.
- In a mixing bowl first of all spread cabbage leaves and then add salad to it.
- Beat cheese spread with spoon and spread it over salad for rich and creamy taste.
- Serve cool Walnut Apple Salad with lunch or dinner.

- Always chop apple at the time of mixing.
