How to Make Garlic Bread
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Keeping time - 50 minutes
Baking time - 12 to 15 minutes (approx.)
Ingredients to make Garlic Bread:
500 grams self rising flour
25 grams active dry yeast
Salt to taste
2 table spoon garlic paste
2 table spoon oil
Milk as needed
1/2 tea spoon sugar 
Method to make Garlic Bread:
- In small take 3 to 4 table spoon warm water and add sugar and dry yeast to it. Strain and keep a side covered for minimum 5 to 7 minutes.
 - In another bowl add flour, salt and oil and then add above mixture to it. Knead soft dough from it.
 - Keep aside covered at warm place for minimum 10 to 15 minutes or till the dough doubles.
 - Pre heat oven at 150`c temp.
 - When the dough is ready lightly punch it and add garlic paste to it. Mix well and place in a greased bread tin. Brush with milk and cover it properly with clean film.
 - Again keep a side for 10 to 15 minutes at warm place.
 - Remove film and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 150 minutes.
 - When ready remove from oven and brush instantly with butter.
 - When cool cut and serve Garlic Bread with cold drink and Pizza.
 
Tips:
- Apply butter over it and toast on griddle - tavi.
 - Even cheese garlic bread can be prepared from this recipe by applying pizza cheese over it and. Then grill for 4 to 5 minutes.
 - Proportion of garlic paste can be depend upon the taste.
 - Baking time may be differ on the brand and size of the OTG.
