How to Make Strawberry Lassi with Vanilla Ice Cream

As we all know strawberries and vanilla ice cream is loved by everyone. Here it’s a non alcoholic and traditional soft drink called Strawberry Lussi with vanilla ice cream.

Preparation time – 10 minutes

Cooking time – nil

Serves – 4 glasses

Ingredients to make Strawberry Lussi with vanilla ice cream:

½ cup strawberry pulp + 3 table spoon sugar

Or

3/4 cup strawberry crush

400 gram vanilla ice cream

3 cups hung curd

For Garnishing:

Chopped strawberries or strawberry crush

A small scoop of vanilla ice cream

Method to make Strawberry Lussi with vanilla ice cream:

1. Mix strawberry crush and curd together.
2. Pour it in a glass and then churn vanilla ice cream and pour it above strawberry mixture.
3. Garnish it with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and chopped strawberry.
4. Cool and stylish Strawberry Lussi with vanilla ice cream is ready to serve.
