How to Make Mango Lassi in Butter Scotch Caramel

Mangoes are loved by everyone. Here in India mangoes are called king of fruits. So here it’s a traditional Indian soft drink recipe with the flavor of mango. It’s a homemade recipe of Mango Lassi with Butter Scotch Caramel, which is full of calcium.
Preparation time – 15 minutes
Cooking time 5 minutes
Serves – 3 glasses

Ingredients to make Mango Lassi in Butter Scotch Caramel:

For Lassi:
2 cups hung curd
4 table spoon cream
½ to ¾ cup mango pulp
¼ cup powder sugar
5 to 6 crushed ice cubes
For butter scotch caramel:

1 tea spoon chopped cashew nut
1 tea spoon chopped peanuts
1 tea spoon chopped almonds
1 tea spoon chopped walnut
2 tea spoon sugar
1 to 2 drops butter scotch essence
1 tea spoon ghee
For garnishing:
Butter scotch chunks
Ripe mango slices

Method to make Mango Lassi in Butter Scotch Caramel:

For Lassi:
  1. Heat sugar in a non stick pan and let it turn to light brown color at slow flame. When it turns to light brown add nuts and spread it in greased dish.
  2. Try to make thin layer. Let it cool at room temperature.
  3. Crush roughly.
For Lassi:
Mix hung curd, mango pulp, sugar, crushed ice and cream. Churn it properly.
For Mango Lassi in Butter Scotch Caramel:
  1. Mix lassi and butter scotch caramel together and churn it.
  2. Garnish with butter scotch chunks and mango slice.
  3. Cool and traditional Mango Lassi in Butter Scotch Caramel is ready to serve.
