Ingredients to make Silky Chocolate Sauce:
3 glasses chilled milk
3 to 4 table spoon sugar
3 to 4 table spoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup water
For garnishing:
Grated chocolate
To serve with:
Vanilla ice cream
or
Chocolate ice cream
Method to make Silky Chocolate Sauce:
- In a pan mix cocoa powder,water and sugar and cook till sugar dissolves and become like paste. Keep aside and cool in refrigerator.
- In another bowl mix chilled milk and cocoa mixture and whisk properly.
- In a serving bowl pour some chocolate sauce and and then pour chocolate milk shake. Top with chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with some more chocolate sauce and grated chocolate.
- Repeat the same for remaining.
- Serve chilled Silky Chocolate Milk Shake.
