Recipe by Naiya Sheth : Fresh juices are very good for healthy. Here it’s a homemade recipe for seasonal fresh fruit guava. This Guava Squash can be taken for breakfast also.

Ingredients to make Guava Squash:
250 grams fresh guava – not over ripe
225 grams sugar
1 table spoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

For garnishing:
Fresh mint leaves
Method to make Guava Squash:
Cut guava in small pieces and mix it with sugar and lemon juice.
Crush the mixture together and strain it.
To serve:
In
a big serving glass add 3 to 4 ice cubes and then pour 3 to 4 spoons of
guava crush. Now fill the glass with cold water and add salt, black
salt and lemon juice as per the taste. (opt.)
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slice.
Serve chilled Guava Squash with snack.
Variation:
Instead of water plane or lemon soda can be used.
Other juices like orange, pineapple etc. also can be used with guava juice as per the taste.
